At Ornamental Trees, we want you to feel as vibrant as our collections; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your items and place them in the original reusable mailer, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return's journey back to our studio.
